Prologue

"oh come on Kaash do you have any idea how breath talking  you were looking in that white and yellow lehenga with a messy bun and damn that black Bindi of yours still haunt me in my dreams and I could not stop thinking about that Dandiya night! And for god's sake don't start crying over that jhumka you lost that day because it's with me. MERE PASS HAI WO, OKAY?" (it's with me, okay?)and the moment Utkarsh stopped and realized what all did he just said in a flow. He mentally cursed himself for that. Kaashni looked at him with a blank look and then spoke.

"Tell me it was you who did something terribly wrong with Abhishek and that's why he didn't showed up"? She tried to ignore the detailed detailing he just gave as if the night was still so vivid  in his head. He remembered the color of her lehenga was the only thought that was running in her head and making her heart race . And about Abhishek well he was supposed to be her Dandiya Partner who suddenly went missing in the evening. "Aur Jhoot Maat Bolna Utkarsh" (And don't lie Utkarsh) Kaashni said while pointing a finger at him.

He sighed "Yes it was me, but I did nothing at all wrong with him. I just asked him to have a casual football match with me. Too bad he didn't know how to play. Aur mai ese he kise ko tumhare sath Dandiya thodi khelne deta." (and I can't let just anyone play Dandiya with you) Utkarsh said with a little sass in his voice still trying to act all normal.

suddenly Kaashni remember why Abhishek was limping the next  day but didn't uttered a single word about how he got hurt "Do me a favor Utkarsh as soon as we land and are out from the Airport on our ways. DO NOT SHOW ME YOUR FACE EVER AGAIN. I don't care where you will be or how long you will be in the city and I expect the same from you. It's been 3 years already with this behavior of yours. Not Any More. It's my last and final request to you" and with that Kaashni went back to sleep.
